"I have bought some shelf brackets and table legs from them through ebay and the stuff I have received has been excellent quality. However as other reviewers have said, in my experience they don't reply to emails. Bottom line I will most likely order from them again and hope Evri don't ruin the experience."

"Ordered some shelf brackets. Took a few days to turn up but arrived very well packaged with no damage. I note previous reviews re packaging so I assume the company have taken that on board. I would definitely use again."

"Please respond to my emails regarding order #2078. Damaged by Evri, I’ve sent you doorbell video of them throwing the parcel and Evri have said you can claim. I just need replacement for two chipped brackets. Wish I’d read all the reviews on here and social media before ordering. Please respond and I’ll update my review"

"Ordered via ebay, payed for 3 pairs of brackets, 2 pairs arrived. Informed company, told i had them, told they had been delivered, which is true however a third of the order is missing. Some clown who cannot pack an order, gets it wrong and i have to pay. I will not drop this, please keep away from these people, terrible customer service, hate the idea they are implying i am upto no good, worst ever bunch of so and so's."

"Not that happy with the product or the customer service. Order arrived with missing parts and the sales person was unhelpful and I cant tell you their name as they never sign their emails. Just an update they are now not responding to my emails and therefore I have to go to the expense of returning the product. Do not buy from this company."
