The Roof Doctor

"I rang this place in Saturday, they quickly texted back saying sorry them missed my call and asked me to phone, which I did. I was very impressed by the quick response and eager to give them the business. Fella that answered the phone said WhatsApp me your address and a picture of the damage to the roof from the red warning storm. I did this and as of today Tuesday I still haven't had a call or a text back. I called again this morning (Tuesday) still did not answer my call. I called at the premises and no one answered the door. I'm not very impressed with their service. Hence the one ⭐"

"Just had a roof repair carried out by Keith and his team. The company had been recommended by another building professional. Can't praise them highly enough. Excellent work from start to finish, left a beautiful job. Thank you. I will definitely recommend The Roof Doctor."

"Just had the roof doctor out to sort a leak in my roof . Was advised to get a chimney delete done as this was the cause of the problem. Have to say the guys were very professional, quick at the job and clean would definitely recommend for anyone with a roof problem"

"Asked this crowd to fix my stone shed roof. They called out promptly. Said he’d give me a price that night. Sent my email so he could forward me a price. NO WORD that night or the next day. Texted to make sure he got my email details. NO WORD BACK. Texted again. NO WORD BACK. Texted one last time. NO WORD BACK. Totally rude and unprofessional. If you didn’t want the work, just say."

"Had a leak from the roof a couple of weeks ago. Called a few roofers and was told they were too busy to do repair work. Called Keith at Roof Doctor who was also busy but told me he would not leave me stuck. He came out next day. Found leak and promptly replaced broken slates and velux window which had damage to flashing. Would highly recommend The Roof Doctor and team. Gregory Curran"
