"My experience with Equans has been a 100% failure. They failed to attend an appointment 3 times, and all for the same problem (which has still not been repaired to this day). Each time Equans didn't attend, the reason they gave is because I 'wasn't in'. This is a complete lie, as I was waiting at home on each of the appoinment days. Not only did Equans not show up at my property, it appears they made no effort to contact me on each of the 3 occasions. When Equans were contacted to report each of the 'no shows', Equan's 'solution' was to book me in for another appoinment (wait time 1-3 weeks). Amazingly, this resulted in another 'no show' and the entire process started again. Currently the process is still ongoing, and I'm writing this now as today was the 3rd 'no show'. Choice Housing have gathered all information from me, and have themselves said to me that it is not acceptable from Equans. As of now, because Equans didn't show up today, I'll be calling Choice Housing tomorrow and will most likely be going back to square 1 (again)."

"I had a heating issue. Got out of work early so I could be home for him calling. Instead of knocking the door wrapping the letter box he quietly slid a card through my door saying I was not in! Had to wait a further 5 days for diagnosis then another 3 days for repair. Still waiting on a maintenance officer calling as my bath/shower has no pressure. Waiting 4 years. Then reported again and now I'm waiting 4 weeks on a reply!"
