"They were helpful in most things but I have some gripes. Left the place as I found it but was charged £80 'cleaning fee' as they said the "Bathroom floor was a bit sticky". Considering a plug socket was hanging off the wall in the kitchen and a door handle was hanging off, despite 2 emails and a phone call about it it was never fixed after 6 months - should have been fixed before handover!"
