Customer Reviews
"Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. They did come and floor my attic as agreed, and I had no issue with the flooring work itself. However, during the job they dropped a nail gun from the attic, which landed in my hallway and took a chunk out of my flooring. I was told the damage would be repaired ASAP. Since then, I’ve messaged periodically to ask when it would be sorted and have been told more than once that it would be done “this weekend”. It has now been around two months and the repair still hasn’t been carried out. I’ve given them plenty of time and opportunities to put right damage that happened while they were working in my home, but at this point I’m having to repair the floor myself. Accidents can happen, and I would have had no problem with that if the damage had simply been repaired as promised. The lack of follow-through and having to repeatedly chase it up is the reason for the negative review."
"Absolutely unreal job flooring our attic today!"
