"Appalling service experienced from this company today! Attached photo is the corroded skip that was delivered to my elderly mother today at lunch time. Fully paid for upon ordering! As soon as I seen the skip, I phoned to voice concerns that it was unusable considering the planned contents going into it, which was also advised when ordered. I was assured a replacement skip would be sent out today. I phoned back at 4.45pm to confirm delivery as no skip appeared all afternoon. I was again told it would definitely be out and they were just 'arranging for a driver to make the exchange'. No skip has arrived and voicemail states office is now closed until Monday! They had contact details to which we could have been informed that no replacement would be arriving all weekend! We had made arrangements to use said skip all weekend as it can not be done after Monday due to work commitments.. Extremely disappointing service!"

"Awful service. Arranged to have 2 bins emptied. This did not happen. No phonecall (they took my number). When I called today I was advised they had run out of time. I advised that I missed my regular bin collection due to this, to which the reply was I should have left my bins out then. Would not use again. Very poor customer care. Eamonn"
